We had an amazing experience at Allura Jewelers with Irv while designing my engagement ring. From the very beginning, he was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, and there was absolutely no pressure at any point. Irv took the time to answer all of our questions with patience, experience, and zero judgment, which made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We visited other jewelers before coming here and were met with pushy “this sale ends today” tactics that ignored our considerations and honestly made us feel gross. Irv was the complete opposite—genuine, respectful, and truly focused on helping us create the right ring for us. The engagement ring is beautiful, exceptionally well crafted, and exactly what we discussed for our custom design. We couldn’t be happier with the result and are so grateful for Irv’s care, expertise, and warmth. I finally found a jeweler I can trust!! Sorry I wrote a book. I was totally impressed by how "Jake" treated my many issues with my wedding ring in one trip. He gave me options and I love options. 😀 Jake fixed and totally restored my 3-part wedding ring to perfection! I was blown away! He had to remove one ring that was STUCK on my finger, and he did that with care and so fast! The other 2 rings couldn't fit on my finger!! The main diamond ring was missing the main stone. I had it in a baggie. I needed help! Jake resized all 3 rings, repaired and cleaned my wedding ring set. I was so impressed at pickup that I purchased another ring to add to the current set. His extensive knowledge of jewelry and how to mix n match pieces is impressive!! He took his time and never rushed or pushed for a sale. I enjoyed my visit.
